Generous surprises for special occasions enhanced our stay.
Our experience was marred by several issues. The coffee machine in our room was dirty upon arrival, which was quite disappointing. we had no water after 10 am on the second day due to a city issue, yet the hotel should have been better prepared for such a situation. Lastly, the liquid soap provided in the bathroom was half full when we arrived and was never refilled during our stay.
